As Founder of Katie Rocker Leadership Solutions, I help accomplished leaders in high-pressure roles leverage their natural strengths to reach new levels of performance and fulfillment.

After spending two decades in school leadership, I understand what it’s like to deliver results while feeling the weight of constant pressure. I combine my professional experience with a master’s degree from Harvard, coaching certifications from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute and Gallup, and ongoing practice as a Positive Intelligence Coach to help leaders discover sustainable ways to excel while rediscovering meaning in their work.

I draw additional insights from the Conscious Leadership Group and Katonah Yoga to support leaders in creating approaches that energize rather than drain them.
